This unit has a large yard and shares 210 ft of channel frontage that leads directly into 755 acre, All-Sports, Hess Lake. Located on a private road that is safe for young children to ride their bikes and play safely.

Park your boat or jet-ski at a dock and go fishing, biking, net crayfish, lounge on a water raft, or take a hike on the nearby trails to explore nature.

Don’t have a boat? Rent a small fishing boat w/ motor to be delivered to lake (call for pricing).

Just want to relax? Sit back and enjoy the soothing sound of a cascading waterfall right out your front door while sitting around a camp fire.

The Charmer is completely furnished and includes kitchen, living room, appliances, linens (upon request), TV, DVD player, forced air furnace, air conditioning, kids movies and games, variety of books, wireless internet (we cannot guarantee service all the time), private patio and fire pit, wood bundles available for $5.
